Archikit as a Huddlekit alternative
Huddlekit (huddlekit.com and app.huddlekit.com) and Archikit both target visual website feedback and design review. We built Archikit around captured review rounds on our own stack — PocketBase at pb.review.fryloop.com and a Next.js app. This page describes what Archikit does today so you can compare honestly; we do not have access to Huddlekit's private product roadmap or pricing beyond their public marketing.
What Archikit offers in the app
- Projects with live URLs and multiple review rounds per site
- Review board with click-to-pin comments and resolve / reopen on the rail
- Guest access via share links at
/r/… - Email and password accounts backed by PocketBase
- Free, Studio, and Agency plan limits in-app (card billing not connected yet)
What we do not claim about Huddlekit
Huddlekit runs its own marketing site and application. We have not audited their codebase or run a side-by-side benchmark. Any feature they list publicly on huddlekit.com may differ from what you need — evaluate both products with your own URL and workflow.
Where Archikit is intentionally narrow
- Not a full bug tracker or Jira replacement — review on captures, not every engineering workflow.
- No automated visual diff between rounds documented in this codebase; you open a new round manually.
- Billing is plan limits in the app until card checkout is wired.
Category pages: website feedback tool, visual design review, share review links.
