How Archikit review rounds work

Archikit is built around one idea: feedback should stay on the version of the page people actually reviewed. You capture a URL as a round, annotate that capture, and share a link — without chasing a moving live site.

  1. 1

Create a site in the app

Sign in, add a name and live URL under /app/new. Archikit creates the project and opens round one against that address.

  2. 2

    Open or start a round

Each round is a snapshot record tied to the project URL. Start round one from a new site, or capture a new round when the page changes.

  3. 3

    Pin comments on the capture

On the review board, click the page to place a pin, write the note, and resolve items from the side rail when they are done.

  4. 4

    Share a review link

From the project page, copy a link to /r/… so guests open that round without signing in and can comment as guests.

What happens when the live site changes

Pins and comments stay on the snapshot they were created on. A new round captures the updated page; old feedback does not jump to the new layout. That is the core visual website feedback workflow Archikit is built for.
